The Commission on Higher Education, Higher Education Regional Office IV-A, endorses the CHED IV-A (CALABARZON) Research Council, Inc. (CRC) 2014 Research Conference which will be held on November 21, 2014 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm at the University of Perpetual Help System in Binan, Laguna with the theme: "Revisiting Research Directions in Philippine Higher Education Institutions Across Disciplines".

The conference aims to:

1. bring together administrators, research directors and faculty members of higher education institutions in CALABARZON for information-sharing on research as a function of higher education institutions;

2. provide stimulation for the development of research culture in higher education institutions; and

3. share results of research studies undertaken by higher education institutions in the region.

The participants to this seminar are the School Heads, Academic Officers and Administrators, Research Directors, Senior Professors and Faculty Members, Theses/Dissertation Mentors, Writers and Graduate Students. A registration fee of Php 1,000 for members and Php 1,200 for non-members will be collected to defray expenses for the conference kit, certificates, lunch, snacks and honoraria of speakers.
